According to the latest storm news from Hong Kong Observatory, the Observatory is considering changing No. 3’s strong wind signal between after 9:00 am and 11:00 noon. According to HKEX’s regulations, if the signal is released after 9:00 am to 12:00 noon, all products that has morning and afternoon trading sessions will not have morning trading session; Afternoon trading session will begin two hours after the signal is released or at 1:00 pm (whichever later). Other products will be traded two hours after the signal is released*.
